Returns & Refund Policy – No Forks Given Coffee

 


Returns & Refunds


Because we sell fresh roasted food products (coffee beans), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


This includes:


  • Wrong blend chosen
  • Wrong grind selected
  • Simply not liking the taste
  • Ordering the wrong size


We pack each order fresh from Gladstone and can’t resell opened food items once they leave us.


 

 

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Orders


If something isn’t right, we’ll absolutely fix it.


Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:


  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • A product is faulty or unusable

Include:


  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • Brief description


We will offer either:


  • Replacement product, or
  • Refund if replacement isn’t possible


 

 

 

Australian Consumer Law


This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


If a product is:


  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Unsafe
  • Not fit for purpose


You are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund).


 

 

Shipping Issues


Once an order leaves us, delivery is handled by the carrier.


If your parcel is:


  • Lost
  • Stuck in transit
  • Delivered to wrong address


We’ll help you lodge an investigation with the courier.


Incorrect addresses entered at checkout may incur reshipping costs.
